3mo1. I have Artize and lodged a service complaint No 01059615 on 05 July 2024. One of the taps in a shower stall has got pitted and discoloured. 2. Technician visited on 07 July and said that since the chrome layer is not peeling, some chemical had been applied to the tap. I explained to him that no chemical is being used in cleaning the bathroom fixtures. Had a chemical been used then the whole tap would have become pitted and discoloured. I also said that no other fittings in the same bathroom or other bathrooms had been affected, 3. However, he did not agree and made me speak with his Service Centre Supervisor. He was also not convinced and conjectured that a bottle of Harpic has been kept on the tap whereby only a small area of the tap has got discolored and pitted. I reasoned with him that it is ridiculous to say that a bottle of Harpic has been placed on the tap when the distance between the tap and the WC is about one meter. However, he did not agree and gave me the contact number of the Area Manager, Mr Ravinder. I tried to call him but he has not answered my call. 4. Since, Jaguar Artize fittings have unlimited warranty, you are requested to change the affected tap. A photograph of the pitted/discoloured tap is attached.
