Great message about performance in the share below. There is a difference between wanting something and needing it. There are helathy and unhealthy elements to needing something. It is great to set out sights on goals and to want to achieve them. But it is not great if we absolutey need to achieve that thing weset our sights on, and for our own mental health to be dependant on it. Unhealthy needs are those that place uncessary pressure on achieving a goal, when if you fail, the consequences to your attitide when assessing your performance become unbearable. Rather drive yourself to reach for the stars, but enjoy the execution, and don't want it so much that you no longer can act effectively in the face of the pressure. High performers are able to step up a gear when the pressure is on, by navigating those pressure situations more effectively. It can be improved with practice, but most importantly, that happens when the enjoyment outweighs the pressure. Let there be self-love, self appreciation no matter the result And failure is not failure, it is an opportunity to reflect on what could be done differently next time. That for me is the definition of resilience... Thanks for sharing Gregory Bayne #resilience #grit #success #mentalhealth #selflove #learnfromfailure #embrace success #highperformance #

This is what a true partnership looks like: 🥇🤝🥈🥉 Inspired by a beautiful moment at the Olympics yesterday between Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, and Rebeca Andrade. When Andrade won gold, Biles and Chiles didn't just congratulate her - they celebrated her victory by bowing. "Should we bow to her?" Chiles asked Biles. "Absolutely," Biles answered. And they did, showing incredible sportsmanship and respect. Biles later said, "Rebeca is so amazing. She's queen. ... It was just the right thing to do." This is the essence of a true partnership - celebrating each other's wins, supporting through losses, and always lifting each other up. Whether you're on top or cheering from the side, real teammates (and partners) stand tall together. Who are your partners standing on the side when you win? Are you cheering your partners on when they win? Food for thought! #partnership #parisolympics #partnershipgoals #wintogether #olympics2024 #olympics #parisolympics2024

Need to step up at a level higher! The recently concluded Paris Olympics has starkly highlighted India's performance in the medal tally. For a nation with a population of 1.4 billion, aspiring to join the ranks of the world's leading nations, securing just 6 medals is a disappointing reflection of our sporting capabilities on the global stage. As the popular Hindi saying goes, "Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar" (Only the winner is the king), merely achieving six 4th place finishes and a few quarter-final appearances across various sports cannot be considered a measure of success. As a nation, we must take sports seriously, starting at the grassroots level, and work to increase participation in various disciplines. Despite substantial government support and significant investments in sporting infrastructure, we must ask ourselves if we are truly satisfied with seeing our country ranked 71st among the medal winning countries at the Olympics. #Olympics2024 #TeamIndia #IndianContingent #BlueTigers #Paris2024 #IndianPride #JustDoIt #SupportTeamIndia #changethegame #TheParisOlympics #India #India2024 #August2024 #LinkedIn #EBSConsultancyGroup

CHRO - Building a culture of Performance Excellence with Equal Employment Opportunity & Respect, where strong talent results in successful businesses
Our daughters are at risk ! A lot of Woke DEI advocates are arguing that ‘she’ was born a woman although their knowledge of science is very weak. Introducing the 3rd gender, born so at birth XY IS NOT A WOMAN is sacrosanct XXY & XYY chromosome is common in congenital hermaphrodites (not either gender). Scientific name for this is - The Klinefelter syndrome XY chromosomes born with male hormones and secondary characteristics may have female genitalia but are hermaphrodites. They have the strength of a man. Scientific name is Swyer syndrome All hermaphrodites are far stronger than women This is officially the born 3rd gender - not a figment of imagination due to paraphilia or sexual orientation XY is to be treated as man physically. It is time sports and all other streams went out and studied the third gender - congenital cases better. This matter unaddressed will affect lives of kids in school & sport worldwide. All those arguing it’s a she may not feel the same way if their own daughters head was smashed by a 3rd gender in school. Women need to stop playing with men or 3rd gender who want to beat the weaker sex by pretending to be the weaker sex Science & Sport need to stop checking how people “feel” they need to be treated - when their treatment of others could remove feelings entirely rendering others paralysed My college research subject in year 2 was HERMAPHRODITE- submitted to the State Gov of Maharashtra studies on health & welfare. I know this part of science. To be “inclusive” and inviting “diversity” 3rd gender must play and fight the 3rd gender. The day the 3rd gender will fight men and you see paramedics collect what remains of them - all DEI advocates will finally understand…that if you can’t make 3rd gender fight real men how can you let them fight women ?

Woke is being weaponised. A wake up call. Olympics allowed a biological man, Imane Khelif, to fight as a woman in Paris. Imane Khelif, boxer in middle of Olympics gender storm, forces tearful first opponent to quit 46 seconds into fight. Imane Khelif‘s first fight will do nothing to calm the controversy around the boxer’s entrance into the 2024 Paris Olympics. Khelif, an Algerian who failed gender eligibility tests at the 2023 World Championships, forced her Italian opponent, Angela Carini, to withdraw from their opening-round bout in 46 seconds. Imane allegedly broke the nose of Female Italian Boxer Angela Carini. Entire World in SH0CK. Italian Boxer abandoned the battle, which is uncommon in Olympic boxing. She threw her helmet onto the floor, abandoned the clash, and yelled, ‘This is unjust.’ HUMBLE ANGELA CARINI : "I am nobody to say its illegal" She emotionally discusses winning for her late father after securing a spot at the Paris Olympics. This is the purest form of evil unfolding right before our eyes. A man was allowed to beat up a woman on a global stage, crushing her life’s dream while fighting for her deceased father This delusion must end. Man is legally allowed to bash a woman sport. Where are the Feminists and #MeToo gang? Tongue in cheek? More Woke, more #DEI - It’s purely a case of thinking good, doing bad. Common sense is not common these days.

🌍 Did you know the #Olympic flame will shine on the African continent for the very first time? Following #Paris2024, the Olympic relay is set to make a historic leap to #Dakar2026, marking the first Youth Olympic Games in #Africa. 👉 For Senegal and the African continent, Dakar 2026 presents both an ambitious challenge and a unique opportunity to develop sports infrastructure, to showcase African talents and, more broadly, to position Africa on the global #sporting stage. 💬 As Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee – IOC, emphasizes: "The Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games will be much more than a sporting event. They will represent a celebration of youth, Africa, and sport." Dakar 2026 - Comité d'Organisation des Jeux Olympiques de la Jeunesse #YOGDakar #AfricanOlympics #AfricanYouth
