#RUOK? Today being RUOK? Day and is a national annual reminder to check in with those around us. It’s important to notice when colleagues maybe don’t seem themselves or maybe a bit withdrawn. R U OK? Give them the opportunity to step out of the stress and pressure that may be going on and start a conversation to show you’re there for them to talk to when they’re ready. “Take a KitKat and have a chit chat” can go along way for those that need that chat.
