Great article from Yahoo on the Golfball rollback policy which would go into effect in 2028-2030. Jay Busbee #golf - In plain terms: the changes could take an estimated four to five percent off the ball’s distance for everyone. A pro who regularly drives the ball 320 yards could lose about 16 yards off their drives. A weekend hacker who drives the ball 180 yards could lose about 9 yards. - If enacted, pros will need to begin using the new balls by 2028; amateurs will have to conform by 2030. https://lnkd.in/e6AZYczU

🚨 Did you know seeing too many target pairs can slow down competitions? 🚨 In Sporting Clays, adhering to the "show pair" rules during competitions ensures fairness and efficiency. The first shter can view a good presentation of targets from the shting station, helping strategize shots, especially for true pairs. However, repeatedly asking to see pairs can slow down the competition and cause delays. ⏳ The NSCA rules state that while the first sh**ter can view a good presentation, the process should not be excessively prolonged. Viewing multiple show pairs beyond what's necessary is discouraged, as it not only slows down the squad but also impacts the event schedule and increases costs for the hosting club. 💰 Key Reminders: ✅ View enough pairs to understand targets ✅ Avoid unnecessary delays ✅ Respect event timing and other participants ✅ Follow club-specific rules Balancing the need for target viewing with respect for the event's timing and other participants is essential. Adhering to these rules ensures a smooth and fair competition experience for everyone. 🎯 Come smoke some clays in Northeast Florida! 🌞 🌐 https://buff.ly/3Rrzq3O #AmeliaShotgunSports #SportingClays #ClaySports #Skeet #TargetSports
