Healthcare Solutions @ Kodiak Solutions | Complex Business Problems, Simplified

Once a month Jonathan's Path hosts a family dinner for our teenagers in the program. We do this EVERY month. It is consistent. We sit around the table with 10-15 young adults go through a process called "Best Part/Worst Part" Everyone must say the best part of their day. Then list the worst part (if they have one, though not required) and what they are looking forward to tomorrow or this week. This time is structured. We share a meal, we visit, have desert, play games, laugh and sometimes step aside to talk through a difficult issue or two. When they leave, each one of them is told they are loved. Three things just happened. 1) Consistency 2) Structure 3) Love. It just so happens that these are the biggest three things missing in these teenagers lives for as long as they can remember. Jonathan's Path is intentional. We are available for these young people providing guidance and support in a familial relationship that doesn't happen without the support of others. The link included goes directly to our capital campaign page. https://lnkd.in/eHgW8HbS Help Jonathan's Path change lives one child at a time. #revenuecycle #revenuecyclemanagement #hospitalmanagement #nashville #leadership #mentorship #fostercare
