Reviewing my 2023 journey in Digital Marketing, I've had the privilege of gaining valuable experiences and achieving notable milestones in my B2B marketing career. Here are three key highlights: 1. Orchestrating Brand Cohesion as Group Marketing Director:   - Before: Upon joining Verysell Group and SmartDev, the two entities lacked a cohesive connection, making it challenging to find relevant information about the organization.   - Now: Implemented various strategies to promote our ecosystem, including standardized documentation, website updates showcasing the group's faces, and regular LinkedIn posts highlighting key activities of each group company. Additionally, recreated the Group Page on LinkedIn for seamless navigation between all five brands. 2. Facilitating Group Marketing Activities:   - Xmas Appreciation Campaign: Aligned with branding guidelines, orchestrated a global Xmas greeting cards initiative for all brands, sending special gifts to clients across four continents and nearly 20 countries.   - VeryPay Debut in Africa Market: Supported VeryPay's debut at the MWC Kigali achieving widespread recognition and success with an impressive presentation and a networking event attended by over 200 individuals, resulting in extensive media coverage after the show. 3. Launching Two New Group Brands: Introduced SMART81 and Verysell Group Applied AI Lab, establishing their presence within 3-6 months with comprehensive offers, client presentations, and marketing materials for effective partner and customer engagement. 4. Global Exposure for SmartDev:   - Leveraged SmartDev's immense potential by creating compelling 6 videos showcasing our culture, 02 key products (Dedicated Agile Team and Discovery Phase), and 02 client video testimonials + many more written testimonials + case studies. https://lnkd.in/euTtSHcx   - Actively engaged with our audience on LinkedIn, contributing to the growth of our community to 10k followers by the end of 2023. Upon reflection, I express gratitude for the collaborative efforts, dedication, and shared successes with the exceptional teams at Verysell Group and SmartDev.
