Bastian Lehmann's pitch for Tip Top is one of the clearest I've seen in years. Just tight, no jargon, and very relatable. A few highlights: "Buying is easy, selling is hard". Who can't relate to that? And then the slide showing all the ways to pay (which is what most people are talking about these days), but saying "more ways to pay doesn't make things more affordable." 🎯 Can you be this clear about what your product is and why it's worth using? I highly recommend watching this 6 minute video on X:
So I can trade in my old phone even if it doesn't work properly anymore? How do you evaluate the trade ins?
Incredibly clear offering. Love it.
For the traded-in items, do they go and populate a marketplace that TipTop then pushes?
It surely is a great presentation. Took 6 minutes to so clearly explain what they're offering (without rushing over a hundred things). I'm thinking of all the risk they're taking on and how they're solving for them. But for the user it sounds like a great offering!
Very straigth forward and to the point. Great Pitch that leaves you wanting to know more.
Sounds like a straightforward and relatable pitch. Keeping it simple is key. Can you share more insights about the video? Jason Fried

4moGreat presentation. I am fascinated at the risks they face but love the service they offer. I went to the thread and saw Bastian explaining some of the thoughts. It seems like a fantastic way to "upcycle" gear. Thanks for pointing it out.
