Takes less than 2 mins to prepare, so there’s really no excuse. Ingredients include: Cacao nibs Chia seeds Hemp seeds Flax seeds Progressive veggie greens Progressive phytoberry Collagen Creatine Plant based protein Banana Strawberries Blueberries Egg whites Water All you need to do is blend it together.
