And our Ranking and Personalization team is at the forefront of it all! We have ambitious plans for growth and expansion, and we need a strong backend engineer to help bring these plans to life.

What we need from you:
⭐ Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, paradigms, and modern approaches for building high-load products
⭐ Hands-on experience with setting up and improving CI/CD pipelines
⭐ Proficiency with Python and, as a plus, compiled language like C, Rust, or Go.
⭐ The desire to move quickly and a sense of beauty: it's important for us to test hypotheses as quickly as possible (to capture market share first) while also striving not to sacrifice quality, accuracy and scalability.
