Holy cow, Anthropic just dropped Claude 3.5 Sonnet! Faster, cheaper, better. I use Claude for all my writing, and Opus was already the best out there. Allie K. Miller, as an early tester, gives it a huge thumbs up. Will try it today!

9moI have an update. I have been using Claude 3.5 Sonnet over the last couple of days, and yes, it is (for now) the best. I suggest you create your prompt specifically from Claude to use with Claude. It works much better than when I was using the prompt created for ChatGPT. Overall, it is much faster, writes better, and does not appear to hallucinate as much.
