A barrier to wider adoption of 3D cell models is the labor-intensive nature of some of the processes involved. However, by using #labautomation, many of these processess can be simplified and automated. In this application note, we demonstrate how the BioAssemblyBot 400 and the ImageXpress Micro Confocal system were combined into an integrated system to dispense, monitor, perform drug screening assays, and image and analyze data from 3D cellular models. https://ow.ly/VYPG50PGjki
