Welcome to Part 2! How did it feel to log an entire week of activities? How does it feel to see your entire week in review? Overwhelming? Strange? Strangely empowering? 💪🤨 Spend some time reflecting on your week, and then indulge in some writing about how you spent your time. ➡️ What activities took up the most time? ➡️ Which ones brought you joy or fulfillment? ➡️ Which felt like a waste of time? ➡️ Any patterns you like? ➡️ Any you'd like to break? Now, envision how you could spend your time differently. Create a list of activities or experiences that you would love to pursue but haven’t had the time for. These could include hobbies, learning a new language, spending more time with loved ones, running amok.. 🤾♂️🛝🛌🤸♀️🏝️ Create a “Time Map”: Design a weekly schedule or “time map” that incorporates your desired activities. Think about how you can replace or reallocate time spent on less fulfilling activities with those that inspire you. Be specific about what you will do and when you can do it. And then do it! Identify two to three specific steps you can take in the next week to start reallocating your time toward more meaningful activities.
