Wow. this graphic is so relatable! In recent times, I've been told that I'm a different person today than I was just a year ago. Jokingly I tell people - "yeah, it's known as getting older!" But the truth is, with age comes (hopefully) wisdom: the wisdom to discern between facts and opinions, to separate the substance from the fluff, to weed out the distractions and focus on what matters most. Time becomes a very precious resource that is cherished and protected from productivity leeches. Wealth of lived experience provides confidence to be assertively assured of my own fundamental principles. I say what I mean, and I mean what I say. Importantly, I don't try to preach to the "forever" detractors, those who won't listen to reason. The journey of self discovery means different things for different people. And it may take different timeframes depending on the individual. I'm happy to say I found my true calling at this stage in my career. #wisdom #gettingolder #continuouslearning #growthmindset
