Whether it’s material handling or excavation, operators can do it all with the 1CXT: a compact backhoe with the ability to use skid steer attachments.

A dredger cutter head can exert immense cutting forces, often over 40 tons of pressure, to break through dense materials like compacted sand, clay, and even soft rock. The blades on the cutter head are designed to churn up these tough materials, making them easier to dredge and transport. This combination of power and precision is key to the efficiency of dredging operations.

Mucking in the Tunnel 04. In a NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) tunnel, mucking refers to the removal of excavated material from the tunnel face. This process is critical to ensure continuous excavation and maintain safety. Typically, after blasting or mechanical excavation, the loosened material, called muck, is loaded onto transport vehicles such as dump trucks, conveyor belts, or rail carts. These vehicles carry the muck out of the tunnel, clearing the way for further construction activities like shotcreting and rock support installation.

Manson completed a major retrofit of the cutter suction dredge H.R. MORRIS this year, replacing its main pump and drive motor system with a newer system that will boost efficiency and reduce emissions during dredging operations. Scraping the depths of the port! The mega cutter suction dredger J.F.J De Nul is at the Port of Port Hedland, where it's dredging new depth to support the new berths being constructed at Lumsden Point, making sure the vessels that call to the facility will have appropriate navigable depth. Dredging may seem simple, because most of the work happens under the water, but the video below shows how this specific type of dredge works, and just how complex it is! Shout out to our dredging team, who work behind the scenes to make sure our ports are plenty deep!

The Cutter Suction Dredger Sand Discharge Site is a scene we never stop sharing. It can be seen intuitively that it has demonstrated its production efficiency in the entire process of dredging, transportation and unloading. #leaderdredger #dredger #dredging #CutterSuctionDredger #DredgingEfficiency #CutterSuctionDredger #HighProductivity #MudTransport #DredgingOperations

Keep things simple! By embracing the offsite precast stair system, you can eliminate all the dust, noise and vibration risks associated with traditional drilling methods. Why not stick to just Allen keys, a spirit level and a tape measure by utilising this system on your project? #Konnekt #SpeedSafetySimplicity #Safety #PrecastStairs #OffsiteBalustrades #Dust #Noise #Vibration #Drilling

Sewer issues can be a nightmare, but trenchless technology is changing the game. 🛠 Recently, we helped a homeowner plagued by constant backups caused by a deteriorating 73-ft cast iron sewer line. Using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology with UV light, we created a seamless, durable solution without the mess of excavation. Want to learn more about how this innovative process works? Check out an article Travis wrote last year, diving into the details of this project and the transformative potential of trenchless solutions! https://bit.ly/4gLWGDB #PipeLining #CIPP #TrenchlessTechnology #SewerRepair #SavyAndSons #ConstructionExcellence #InnovationInRestoration
