Just a reminder (especially if you work with creatives) sometimes creatives need to create for no reason at all. It's so good to be reminded of what it feels like to create something without pressure, or specific guidelines, not for money, or work or function...just for fun, connection, and inspiration. This was really cool, I loved seeing everyone's take on these magnets. I work with the coolest people. Fair warning though - highly driven individuals may struggle and will most likely need to assign a "purpose" to their creation. 😉 #teambuilding #creatives #culture #marketingagency
