I'm changing my course. Big time.
I ran an alpha version (it's just me, so it was internal to a group).
And my people need more time than even I anticipated.
My survey (that you can fill out until July 18th at 11:59pm PT to enter for a gift card: https://lnkd.in/g2h8rse8) told me similar. I asked how many hours a week the folks who are planning to build a course in the next 12 months have and the average was 4 hours.
If you're not learning how much time your learner has, you're not setting them up for success.
If you're not sharing with them an estimate for how long something will take AND then asking if it actually takes that long in your early runs, you're not setting them up for success.
And if you're not setting them up for success, why are you doing in it?
