A global software company has been a client of mine for almost ten years now. The projects have covered everthing from positioning work, need state analysis & product portfolio reorgs, onboarding optimization, customer journey work, customer acquisition work, product research and validation, naming, and lots of messaging research, etc.. What is fascinating to me about that is: 1. The depth of understanding you gain about a client when you work for them for ten years. And the level of trust you establish. 2. Being able to observe the speed at which the IT/Software market is evolving and has has evolved over the last 10 years. Just mindblasting. 3. The international nature of some of the projects. For example, during the last three weeks, I had the opportunity to talk to stakeholders from the USA, UK, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Denmark, Germany, France, Latvia, and The Netherlands, thoroughly enjoying this diversity in cultures, accents, sense of humor, and ways to establish rapport. I love my job! #thankfull #brandstrategy #relationships

Yes, I am still active. However, following an insanely busy few months, the team at Choron Group are taking it easy for a while. In fact, they will not be seen or heard from until the 15th of the month when another action-packed year in the diamond industry gets started. Why the late start I hear you ask? A select group of us are spending the first 2 weeks assessing the data and compiling the 2023 reports that will set the tone for this coming year. Until we know how aligned our previously agreed strategy is with the most up-to-date sales numbers… The team do not have the information they need to do the best job. We could ask people to work for the sake of it. Or we can communicate the vital information required for them to understand the company's goals. When does your team get to work this year?
