Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and introducing them to our headhunting services. You will understand the recruitment needs of clients, negotiate and sign sales contracts, and maintain good customer relationships. Once the order is signed, you will be responsible for referring clients to our internal key account managers, who will collect detailed recruitment needs.
Job Requirements:
1. Demonstrates tenacity and self-driven initiative to succeed in a competitive market environment.
2. Strong desire for earning money and achieving success.
3. Preferably with outstanding sales performance in previous companies.
4. Proficient in English and Indonesian communication skills, knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
5. Possesses deep client resources within a specific industry, with high-quality client resources being prioritized.
Essential Skills for Sales Personnel:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Good negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong self-management and stress resistance.
4. Team player with good interpersonal relationships.
5. Sharp market insight and commercial sensitivity.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
