⏩ Aether Sprint 2025 Semi-Finalists: Adaptive Load Lifting System (ALLS) This year’s Aether Sprint competition is heating up, and we’re excited to shine a light on the incredible teams advancing to the next stage! Over the coming weeks, we’ll be highlighting the eight semi-finalist teams, showcasing their hard work, innovative solutions, and the impact they’re driving for Air Force logistics. 🔦 First Up: Adaptive Load Lifting System (ALLS) 🔦 Developed by TSgt Michael Sturtevant, with Coach TSgt Michael Camp, ALLS is a portable, lightweight hoisting system that reimagines cargo handling for austere and contested environments. 💡 The Challenge: Traditional forklifts are bulky, require significant space, and are difficult to transport to remote locations or during contingency operations. 🚀 The Solution: ALLS provides a compact, flexible alternative that simplifies moving heavy loads, saving time and resources in critical situations. Key Features of ALLS: 🔸 Lifts and transports loads up to 20,000 lbs 🔸 Fits into one or two pallet positions on an aircraft 🔸 Reduces space usage, allowing for more equipment and supplies to be transported 🔸 Assembles quickly for rapid deployment 🔸 Has the capabilities of the NGSL and 10 AT forklift all in one Currently in its early prototype phase, the ALLS team is pursuing funding for further development and seeking a partner unit to begin testing and implementing this groundbreaking technology. 🚀 Stay tuned as we continue to highlight the other semi-finalists working to transform Air Force logistics. Finalists will be selected to present their innovative solutions at the 2025 Logistics Officer Association Symposium!
