It’s hard to believe, but this past Sunday we launched the 9th cohort of Rekindle! With 16 more Black and Jewish changemakers joining our community, we will be at nearly 200 Fellows nationally. In a time of division and polarization, the civil dialogue we are facilitating through Rekindle is a true 💡 in the darkness.

I found this article about “who we are without work” at times insightful, contemplative and, yes, a bit anachronistic. Are we really so closely linked to our careers that we have no idea who we are without them? I especially gravitated toward the final part of the article because I never ask people “What do you do?” I find that question narrow and biased. Instead my go-to favs when I meet someone are: “How did you spend your day?” “How do you like to spend your time?” “What are you up to?” Do you have others?
