Trust isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the foundation of everything we do. At JEAR Logistics, we know that in an industry as fast-paced and demanding as logistics, relationships matter. That’s why we prioritize building strong, trusting connections with our partners, one conversation, one handshake, and one load at a time. Unlike logistics giants that treat you like a number, we believe in the power of personalized service and person-to-person relationships. Your challenges are unique, and so are our solutions. When you work with JEAR, you’re not just another account—you’re a valued partner. We’re here to listen, collaborate, and grow together because success in logistics starts with people who care. Let’s redefine what partnership means. Together, we’ll create something extraordinary.

At Rioz Global, we pride ourselves on exceeding client expectations and delivering top-tier fulfilment services. But we all know that some clients can be, well, too demanding. We recently dealt with a particularly challenging situation. Despite our tireless efforts to ensure smooth operations, things didn't go perfectly (we're only human!). Yet, we immediately took responsibility, addressed the issue, and delivered a solution. This got us thinking: In the world of fulfilment and logistics, where "the client is always right" is often the mantra, how do we handle situations where clients are simply unreasonable or even disrespectful? Here are some questions we're pondering: Do fulfilment companies have a duty to tolerate rude and unreasonable behaviour to maintain client relationships? Where do we draw the line between exceptional service and enabling unreasonable demands? Should clients also bear responsibility for fostering a positive and collaborative partnership? We'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences! Share your insights in the comments below. 👇 Let's create a productive discussion on how to navigate challenging client dynamics while maintaining a commitment to excellence. #fulfilment #logistics #clientrelationships #customerservice #partnership #business

M&A will continue to be a macro trend in the trucking industry until the industry is fully consolidated. Some view it as relatively nascent, given that it was deregulated in 1980. It’s undergoing a period of maturation. Remember this post

As we kick off Q4 in what has been a less-than-stellar year for many, I can’t help but reflect: How many deals have slipped through salespeople's cracks because they didn’t push forward when they should have? Think about it. What if a traffic manager had a bad day and missed the value you could bring to their goals or dept mandates, and overall productivity? That missed connection could cost both sides the opportunity to achieve real success. This is the core of our work as logistics sales professionals: we must always keep our clients' goals at the forefront of our minds. If the first contact isn’t on board, does that mean you stop? Not at all. It’s our obligation to find the person who sees the value we bring. Sometimes, that means going higher up, even if it ruffles some feathers. If you can truly help a company, say, reduce costs and elevate customer service, won’t they appreciate your persistence? After all, sales is about showing people what they didn’t even know they needed. 🎧 Dive deeper into this mindset on today's episode of The Logistics Life. Let’s talk about the relentless pursuit of value and how it leads to long-term success: #imallin #logisticslife #freightbroker #logisticssales #dandeigan
