Dianthus Therapeutics presented promising preclinical data for its autoimmune drug candidate, DNTH103, in models of myasthenia gravis and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy. The drug showed significant reductions in fatigue index for myasthenia gravis patients and restored neuronal conduction velocity in CIDP patients. DNTH103 targets the complement pathway with a selective mechanism of action to potentially lower the risk of infections compared to current treatment options.
