It is an absolute honour to have been invited by Maria Jaspers to speak at the European Commission DG Comp on the topic of digital investigations. Navigating the vast amounts of electronically stored information and producing documents in response to requests for information in a timely manner is no easy feat. Thankfully we live in an age where we have tools and techniques to help find solutions to the seemingly impossible. More are coming online and #AI is sure to change the landscape as well. NOKS is becoming rapidly global. The establishment and creation of new treaties, royal connections, and an expanding Hub network, puts us in a prime position to achieve much. People of high renown are attracted to us and are joining us. People who want to contribute positively to what we are trying to establish. New Hubs are being planned, especially for London, thanks partly to the efforts of Sir Ian Anderson and his connections. Exciting new developments are unfolding as brilliant expertise is brought into play, particularly by the Antwerp Hub under John Vanlandschoote with his able team. West Africa under Lady Patience is developing strongly and Singapore is shortly to follow. A global expansion of Hubs into other areas, such as Romania, is definite as more keen volunteers join our ranks. Do watch the video placed on here as created by the Antwerp team. It encapsulates what we are and what our work means to us. For our contributions are aimed at increasing awareness, not only regarding the great issues which we face, but how to rectify them. Together, via our Hubs, Treaties, Associations and powerful networks, we are emerging to become a real force in the world for good. 🎉 Celebrating 20 Years of Hungary in the European Union 🇪🇺 🇭🇺 Today marks a significant milestone as Hungary celebrates two decades of membership in the European Union. I remember the moments counting down the seconds to midnight in the crowd at Heroes' Square in Budapest twenty years ago as if it happened yesterday. As I recall this historic occasion, I find myself reflecting not only on the immense impact that Hungary's accession has had on our nation but also on my own journey within the EU. For nearly the same period, starting in February 2005, I have had the privilege of contributing to the European project, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of collaboration and unity across borders. From fostering economic growth to promoting cultural exchange and upholding shared values, the EU has been instrumental in shaping a brighter future for all of us in Europe. Personally, this journey has been nothing short of fulfilling. Each day, I am inspired by the collective efforts of colleagues and partners who share a vision of a stronger, more cohesive Europe. As we celebrate this milestone, let us reaffirm our commitment to the European ideals of prosperity and solidarity. Together, we have achieved so much, and together, we will continue to build a better tomorrow for generations to come. Happy 20th anniversary, Hungary!
