A lot of #biotech companies are currently in a hiring freeze for full time employees (FTE)... If you are a team/project leader, this is challenging because you still have deadlines to meet. This is even more critical when those deadlines directly tie to your company's next round of funding (aka your job security). I have recently helped several clients identify consultants (SME's) for unique needs to help them bridge the gap in critical projects until they receive approval for the next round of full time hires or funding. Here are some of the skills sets that are in my network. All of the consultants I work with are veterans in their field and can come in and hit the ground running. Most of these folks have experience in biologics and/or cell therapy. A few in small molecule. ▶ Regulatory Affairs CMC ▶ Supply Chain and External Manufacturing ▶ Process Development, Analytical Sciences, Formulation ▶ Quality Assurance/Quality Systems ▶ CMC Project Management ▶ Clinical Quality Assurance (CQA) ▶ Clinical Ops Message me if you have a time-critical project and need an industry expert that can quickly push things forward. #sme #consultants #cmc #qualityassurance #celltherapy #TCR #cart #biologics #mAbs #antibody Nexagen Search

According to BioSpace's 2024 Life Sciences salary report, the average base salary in 2024 for the biopharma industry is $145,818. If you are moving for a job/hiring from other regions, it's a good practice to understand the compensation and cost of living in other regions vs. your own.

Good read from HRMorning about attracting Gen Z Talent (born between 1997-2012). This part really stood out to me: "Seventy-two percent of Gen Zers said working for a company whose mission and vision aligned with their own was “extremely” or “very” important. Similarly, 68% and 63.1% said the same about working for an employer committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility, respectively. Further, respondents suggested that these aspects were more crucial than working for a company that invests in the latest and greatest technologies or has a well-known brand." https://lnkd.in/dZ4dQRvS
