I’ve worked with folks who couldn’t spell TEAM. I’ve had days when I’ve “dropped the tire” myself. Respect is the oil that reduces friction and streamlines things, helping the team find its rhythm and function at the highest level. Each station of the pit crew focuses on maximum performance of their responsibility: they don’t waste time sticking their nose into the other stations; they trust each other.
