If you are deploying a LoRaWAN gateway on a customer site with cellular backhaul, you are essentially not only providing LoRaWAN connectivity but WiFi connectivity as well. Probably something you should consider as a business case. You can have some WiFi Cameras, ESP32s, etc., that you can also provided connectivity (of course, as long as the area where these devices were deployed are accessible via WiFi range).
