The meaning of the term 'value-based care' is often a mystery to many, particularly patients. APG is pleased to debut its newest video "The Value of Value-Based Health Care" that explains, in easy-to-understand language, how the core features of value-based care — patient-centered, coordinated care that is accountable for costs and quality — make a real difference in the lives of patients and their doctors.
