What a great week heading into a holiday weekend! After my announcement on Monday about Myo Impact Company ("MiC"), I got a ton of outreach and had some fantastic conversations. Discussions were with investors (angels and family office), potential partners, M&A professionals, healthcare professionals, owners, and potential 2024 executive hires. I'm exhausted and energized all at once, because every conversation is another step toward building and growing something amazing. MiC has two primary components to our model - healthcare and investing. Both are heavily regulated and beastly industries. We are breaking barriers in each, but not by charging in and claiming we'll change everything. Very realistically and strategically, we are adding options for those who have not been able to effect change on their own. On the healthcare side, we're increasing patient and provider satisfaction while reducing costs and improving access to more advanced technologies. We're doing this by acquiring cash-flowing medical assets with Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinics and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) at the core of our model. We integrate other medical assets to broaden the scope of care, including some advanced technologies only available at a "higher market" level. On the investment side, we're providing access to a PE-like fund without the typical fees and minimum investor and investment requirements. These are typically reserved for high net worth individuals with $10M+ to invest. We're not a startup, we are a management company in a fund structure.
