At Schiphol we broke through (our own) CDM performance and predictability ceiling: how did we do it? First and foremost this is through persistent collaboration in the CDM working group under leadership of Yiannis Alexopoulos. Secondly what helped tremendously was the great assistance from the Artificial Intelligence of Deep Turnaround. Yiannis and I wrote a blog about how Deep Turnaround helps us master CDM at Schiphol.
