🌟 Three Months That Changed Everything 🌟 Three months ago, I embarked on a journey that has redefined how I view Venture Capital. Joining the Included VC Fellowship wasn’t just about gaining skills—it was about becoming part of a movement to shape a more inclusive future in VC globally. This fellowship has opened my eyes to new perspectives and unseen opportunities: 1. I’ve learned that diversity isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s a necessity for innovation, driving better decisions, and uncovering untapped markets. 2. I’ve been inspired by brilliant peers from all over the globe, each bringing their unique stories, insights, and ambitions to the table. 3. I’ve deepened my understanding of what it takes to spot, support, and scale transformative ideas that can change lives. One of the most valuable lessons so far? The power of storytelling—for founders pitching their dreams, for investors rallying support, and for building bridges across borders. Stories create empathy, and empathy drives action. This experience has been more than a fellowship; it’s a call to action. I’m now more determined than ever to use my platform to champion founders and help unlock the potential of regions often overlooked. The journey isn’t over, and I can’t wait to see what the next chapters hold.

Hectic month for Startmate alumni raising $33.5m The thing they have in common? 100% deeptech and physical tech 🚀 What I love about it is 1/ Whilst other investors might still be reluctant to invest in deeptech and it is still seen as controversial we’ve been doing it for almost 10 years with our first hardware investment in 2016 - Morse Micro which just raised $100m+. 2/ Startmate’s Continuity Fund backs all of them, always taking our pro-rata to help our alumni raise with confidence. We’re consistently investing $120k in each company and another $100k-$500k in subsequent rounds Startmate Nation - building the environment to reduce the hurdles for founders to build, raise and hire ❤️🚀
