We’ve refreshed our entire tech stack, moving everyone onto Salesforce, and Clari for forecasting. This transparency enables predictability, and since I joined our actual results have aligned closely with forecasts, which is crucial for investors and the board” “Personally, I’m a big advocate for Clari for forecasting, which provides me with a comprehensive overview of our business operations and guides my decision-making processes through their AI support.
