Keeping customer/sales rep updated with delivery date, including changes. Ensuring that deliveries are complete and in time for planned installation dates Working with local country, preferred 3rd party provider, to gain a quotation based on a specific customer order and make sure that shipment and transfer from Agilent is synchronized with 3rd party provider Working with local country sales team, submit relevant 3PP requests in the proscribed tool and format and follow up to reduce customer quotation delays. CRM Database maintenance & support. Practice what you preach 🏆 Operating across two countries, the Netherlands and Suriname is often challenging. I need my eyes and ears on the ground in Suriname as well to make sure that we can hire the right people, do proper onboarding with clients and train our agents. As an advocate for remote employees and outsourcing sales and customer service ,I believe in leading by example and sharing my experiences. 💭 Soo… Here's my secret 🙊 I’ve been working with a Virtual assistant, Rohan, and the impact has been transformative. With his help, I’ve managed to accomplish 4x what I could on my own. Rohan was originally part of our pool of Customer Service employees, recruited to serve Dutch and Belgian clients. When we interviewed Rohan we recognized that he had a lot of experience and drive. I wanted to hire a personal Virtual assistant who could assist me in Sales, onboarding, overseeing CS agents and more.
