I've managed about $10 million in ads across Google/Facebook/etc. and have been called, "maybe one of the best in the world at this". I'm thinking of offering an "enterprise-grade" ads auditing service (via my agency, Qwantify) where we go through a 48-point checklist on a business' ad account to look for wasted spend, missed scaling opportunities, etc. At the end we'd provide a report indicating what's going well, what could be improved, etc. You could hand this report to your in-house ad managers, your outsourced agency, or ask us to help you with it. A) Does this sound a compelling? Does it seem to hit on a real pain point? B) How much would you expect something like this to cost?
