The lens is to be discarded after each removal.

Many children with cerebral palsy are unable to participate in life activities that play a vital role in their physical and psychosocial development due to limited postural control and walking capabilities, leading to delayed development and low quality of life. Recently, adapted power mobility devices (PMDs) have adapted stand-on/ride-on technology for additional support to maintain an upright posture. Cesar's project will study a small group of children with cerebral palsy to seek data on improvements in balance and lower extremity strength. By understanding how PMDs may alter biomechanical factors, this research could lead to developing at-home interventions to improve the quality of life for children with cerebral palsy.
