🌟 Exciting News: Returning from Maternity Leave with a Renewed Mission! After a wonderful and transformative maternity leave spent with my precious bundle of joy, I'm thrilled to announce my return to the workforce with a renewed sense of purpose - addressing the pressing nursing shortage across the North American healthcare industry. 🏥💪   The past year has been an incredible journey of personal growth and reflection, and I'm deeply grateful for the support and understanding I've received from my network during this special time. Becoming a parent has given me a fresh perspective on the importance of quality healthcare and the critical role nurses play in our lives.   Here's what you can expect from my re-entry into the professional world:   👩⚕️ Supporting Our Healthcare Heroes: I am passionately committed to providing much-needed support to our dedicated nurses. This includes initiatives to enhance organizations' focus nurse well-being, access to training and development opportunities, and resources to help them excel in their essential roles.   🌐 Collaboration and Advocacy: Tackling the nursing shortage requires a collective effort. I'll be actively seeking collaborations with leaders across healthcare organizations to develop holistic, human-focused strategies that address this challenge head-on.   🌟 Innovation: The healthcare landscape is evolving, and so should our approach to nursing. I'm eager to explore innovative solutions, including leveraging technology and helping companies enhance their employer brand and align their EVP to all areas of their culture and operations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of support for their nurses.   But I can't do this alone! I invite you all to join me in this mission. Whether you're a healthcare professional, educator, policymaker, or someone who cares deeply about the future of healthcare in North America, your support and insights are invaluable.   Let's make a difference together! Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to connect, share ideas, or collaborate. Together, we can ensure that our healthcare system remains strong, and our nursing heroes receive the support and recognition they deserve.   Thank you for being a part of my journey, and I look forward to the exciting road ahead! 🌟 #NursingShortage #HealthcareHeroes #BackToWork #employerbranding #worldofwork #nursingcrisis #healthcare #employeenegagement #employeerecognition #nurseengagement #nurserecognition

My 1st personal development task post-mat leave is to stop saying UGH and UM so much. Babies aren't the best conversation companions, so my speaking skills are a bit rusty!
