As I reflect back on the past couple of weeks, I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to speak(in-person & online) at #ProductWorld 2024 on Feb 22 and Feb 28. My session was on 'Walking the tight rope: product strategy for a two sided marketplace'. My talk covered the following topics: 1. How to start a two-sided marketplace? 2. How to gain traction? 3. How to maintain that traction? I'm immensely thankful to the organizers to have organized a roundtable discussion, post my talk so that I could continue my conversation from the speaking session, connect, network & learn with an audience that was so engaging and curious. I go back from #ProductWorld 2024 with a bagful of insights that I gathered from the talks that I attended on #productmanagement. It was also a great learning experience to attend the expo and know about the product innovation being driven by some of the most disruptive companies in the world. Again, I thank the organizers for inviting me and for carrying out an event of such scale. Special shoutout to Haley Miranda, for co-ordinating with me so flawlessly all throughout.
