I can't even get an interview for a lower level position? Seriously? I get it...overqualified...but I'm applying for a reason. Some companies need to consider taking a chance on the #overqualified! My most recent #rejection: "We believe that you have a strong profile and many qualities. Unfortunately, we're sorry to inform you that you have not been selected for an interview for this position. We fear you won't be able to apply all your added values, as the job level doesn't require the level of your valuable experience." I can't get a role where I'm qualified or over qualified. I just want to #work. I've been working since I was 14 and don't like how this feels.
