Who are "Great Place To Work," and how is it possible to get certified in just six weeks? The list of employers they feature includes many well-known, large companies. Does this imply that these companies believe they will be at a disadvantage in attracting good employees, maintaining a good reputation, and fostering a positive environment for their staff if they do not have this certification? Or is that not the case? This would not matter only employees that are working under very poor conditions find their company labeled "Best Workplaces in Hospitality" Ireland 2024, I wonder how much that costs? #Betterworkinglivesforall - You are not alone ❣️

4moLike all these types of surveys across the board they are pre selective and it tends to be big companies,try all the supermarket chains ,hotels big and small restaurants and food outlets and post results ?best everything’s are pre selected and whittled down to the usual suspects.
