📢 Excited to announce a new blog post titled "Medication Recommendation via Dual Molecular Modalities and Multi-Substructure Distillation" available on arXiv. The post presents BiMoRec, a novel approach that integrates 2D and 3D molecular structures to enhance medication recommendation systems. BiMoRec utilizes bimodal graph contrastive learning to combine molecular modalities and distills substructures based on patient visits, achieving state-of-the-art performance on MIMIC-III and MIMIC-IV datasets.
