Keeping busy and closing deals! I recently closed a 17-house portfolio in the Midlands and Yorkshire, which I'd never seen in person 😎 Notwithstanding, we worked phenomenally well as a team to get all the portfolio inspected with a 200-point checklist, with me as online backup, in just over a day(!) thereby giving the vendors confidence that we have the scale to deploy, once they showed me that they were serious about selling. And ensuring both the vendors (divorced and with diametrically opposite priorities) got their wins! Another tricky negotiation🥂 Immense thanks to Penny de Kock, my "Fixer". And to Trudie Wellington (not least for the intro!), Joel Calliste & Dom Williamson for coaching and soundboarding me out of the thousands of moments of frustration when I was wondering whether I could actually get the vendors to get on the same call, let alone agree to sell their multi £M portfolio🤩 Today was well worth the journey✈️ Not only because I happened to get a cash offer from the neighbour of the property behind me, which you can see by the pic has land that goes on forever. But also because more surprising nuggets of potential were unearthed!
