🛳 Attending the MCN Members' Meeting in Bremen was an insightful experience! 🌟 I had the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the Maritimes Cluster Norddeutschland (MCN) activities and current challenges. My key takeaways from the event include: 1️⃣ MCN is part of the ResC4EU initiative, aiming to create resilient international supply chains in Europe and strengthen small and medium-sized enterprises in the maritime industry. 2️⃣ Ship efficiency and fuels are among the industry's biggest challenges, and MCN is developing guidelines to support decision-makers. 3️⃣ Recruitment of talents is essential for the industry, and MCN serves as a platform for exchanging with recruitment experts to effectively target young talents. 4️⃣ As part of their current strategy, MCN consolidates and enhances its efforts to offer members valuable exchange and guidance on technological and digital transformation. Additionally, it was great and inspiring to see the passion and commitment of the MCN team in bringing the maritime industry together.
