😱 I did something most founders hate doing: OUTREACH A few weeks ago, we started building the GTM motion for Question Base through a sequence of AI tools. As a product builder, it's so out of my comfort zone. Yet, I'm fascinated by it and having tons of fun. 😝 I'm getting a daily dose of wisdom by Adam Robinson (content) and Luka Erić (coaching) on how to set up the systems. 1️⃣ One of the first things we installed was the RB2B plugin to help us identify visitors to the website and be proactive in our conversations. ▶ Not long after, I saw that a leader from Slack had visited the website. 🙂 2️⃣ So I visited their LinkedIn and figured out that they were connected to our investor Chang Kim. ▶ I reached out for an intro and the next thing I knew - I'm in a call with them, getting great feedback on what we're building. 🎉 TA-Freaking-DA 🎉 Yeah, for product people selling is hard but for founders - having value-adding conversations with people is natural. Last week, I attended HubSpot's #INBOUND24. While this conference is always inspiring, this year will be one for the record books. A bit of backstory: I started truly exploring the #AI rabbit holes a month or so ago, and I was blown away by the potential. New ideas and capabilities spun in my head. I was shown the door to something great and given the keys. Because of this, I scheduled a full agenda of AI-themed breakouts at INBOUND, one of which is a session titled "The Future of Content: AI Harmony and Human Touch." It blew my mind. It confirmed so much of what I was thinking and validated my instincts. It showed me the power (and limitations) of an AI-supported strategy. And it inspired the shit out of me. George B. Thomas is an amazing presenter. He is adamant about using the power of AI to create positive change. And he allowed me to push the door open and enter a new room full of magic and potential.
