Great stuff here Jenny Boymal not just the questions to ask but also focusing on the attitude and personality of candidates. I also think that businesses need to know themselves. They need to know their values and their company culture. By knowing this they can find the right talents that "fit like a glove"
Wonderful Jenny Boymal and you rightly identify a company's team as its strongest asset. We would not be the successful and growing company we are today without our dedicated, hardworking and FUN team.
I love the "people focused" aspect to the recruitment strategy. Though keeping to budget is important, it can vastly overlook the potential in a candidate. Love your work Jenny Boymal

7moLove it Jenny Boymal. Point 3 really resonates with me. Particularly with the whole ATS process. Maybe some are better, some are worse; but the fact that a candidate needs to upload their resume, then type it out again word for word just screams "we really don't value your time, just letting you know before you apply". What are your thoughts on these systems?
