Question to answer: Which companies are doing SMS well from a brand building perspective? Every time I'm involved in SMS marketing as a customer I hate the experience. I hate that they text me garbage about this or that sale. Imagine if you had a friend who always texted you but only about their latest MLM scheme for you to be involved with. That's how current SMS marketing tactics feel to me.
