I will admit I am not a huge fan of watching the Super Bowl. Rather I tune in for the halftime show and Usher was wonderful. However, there was a commercial directed by a blind person, featuring a blind man and audio described by a blind woman. The commercial was about a low vision man taking a selfie and what that actually looks like from his viewpoint. This commercial was a wonderful opportunity to expose the general public to what it is like to have low vision. It was audio described by my blind colleague #Nefertiti Matos Olivares. But from what friends have shared the audio description didn’t totally work properly. So, I am sharing here for those who missed it or were not aware.
