Behold! In a monumental leap for astrophysics, Argonne scientists have used the Frontier supercomputer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory to run the largest simulation of the universe ever conducted, paving the way for unprecedented insights into the mysteries of the cosmos - https://bit.ly/3ODqDtu By harnessing the power of Frontier, a DOE exascale system, researchers were able to conduct a simulation that matches the scale of major telescope surveys. These advanced calculations establish a new benchmark for simultaneously modeling both atomic matter and dark matter.
