Yesterday's meeting with the JerseyLiving Team was truly productive. Agents from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of experience came together to exchange perspectives and best practices, fostering empowerment across the board. We engaged in role-playing exercises, tackling topics such as value propositions, navigating competing bids and multiple offer scenarios, as well as conducting situational analyses for LLC investments, among others. While David Krieger put together a great agenda, the real value stemmed from the conversations that took place between the agenda items. It's one thing to know what needs to be done; the real challenge lies in holding oneself accountable to tasks that may not be desirable.
