Reflecting on our journey, it's hard to believe it's been over a year since we opened our second Crumbl location, just two months after our first. A few months later, we launched our third store.
In hindsight, we would have focused more on mastering our first store before scaling. Rushing expansion led to inefficiencies across all locations, an expensive lesson that taught us the importance of perfecting unit economics before growth. This experience has been invaluable as we now expand into new brands.
