Job seekers, don't give up hope! Between AI resume screening, low salaries, Automated rejection emails, and little to no helpful interview feedback, job seekers can feel powerless. The system can feel rigged. Please know there are GOOD people out there who want to help you get noticed. Recruiters are bogged down with job reqs, calls and emails but at our center, we want to restore the American Dream. We want to be a part of the solution. Come knock on our door. I don't care if you are not a nurse or in the medical field at all (which are the positions I am dedicated toward) -- I might know someone hiring for IT, HR, or whatever your super powers are! You bring value to the table, and there is a company out there that will recognize that. Keep pushing forward, and don't let the current market discourage you.
