Pedagogical Leadership in Early Childhood Education

Hi ECE folks :). While I've been working on my blog for quite some time, I've never really shared it publicly. So here it is! If you're interested how pedagogy becomes practice, if you're interested in how the same pedagogy can look extremely different in its application, depending on the context, life experiences, and relational positionality of those involved, you might like my blog. Stay tuned for so so many upcoming posts through time :). www.jesswoodsrece.com

Your blog (www.jesswoodsrece.com) is excellent! The site is very well-structured and inviting. Both blog posts are informative and insightful while trying true to how you look at the world. Keep um coming!

Wow, thank you for sharing Jess! Your reflections and thoughts on co-regulation really made me pause and reflect on my own practices. I too wonder if in an attempt to be an empathetic caregiver I have at times taken too great a role in helping my own children and children I’ve worked with regulate. I’m going to continue to think about this and search for that ‘sweet spot’.
