During my talk, I will explain how this journey is linked to 🧠 Neuroscience of creative geniuses, & what was revealed about our unconscious during my brain scanning studies.  🦉 Egyptian Hermetic laws & other ancient wisdom to open our intuitive flow to breakthrough without burnout.  💙 Critically, why do we need simple somatic tools (related to the nervous system) and a creative intelligence mindset to make a real shift? This talk will highlight the importance of taking a new approach to well-being in both our personal and professional lives. By doing so, we can create and innovate like geniuses who are 34% happier and use their brains in a new way. This is to create the joy, life, work and legacy we are here to create. I believe it's time to counter the 40% burnout rate and anxiety so many of us feel at work and allow us to create something truly innovative, as the old focus on the mind and basic psychology tools are failing us, as I found out on my healing journey. This is especially important if you are an innovative leader or work in an uncertain, stressful workplace, are going through a life transition, or have experienced doubt or unconscious trauma. How to build a bookshelve representing all backgrounds and cultures this winter season? You first have to get to know the families and the children in your classroom. Start by asking what each celebrate at home and research and educate yourself in the traditions and celebrations so that you can bring a little piece of home into the classroom. By having books and representation in the classroom we open ourselves to learning from our differences and building an equitable environment for all our children. Don’t be afraid to represent the cultures and traditions it is so special to feel welcomed in a space that allows you to learn more about each other and the community we serve.

In the era of social media, hegemonic standards are taking more force than ever. This is why we need books like "The Soul Sistas Go To School!: (Too Cool for School?)" by Newton Vanriel, in which a charming couple of sisters show us the importance of fostering our own identities and embracing diversity and independent thinking. Teaching these lessons to kids from a young age can help them grow into healthier, confident adults and make the world more welcoming and inclusive.
